[Resolved] Big Bazaar — Koryo rice cooker defective product | |||
We bought a koryo rice cooker Last week in big bazaar, gulbarga. The product stopped working the first time we used it. When we approached them to return the product they did not take any responsibility for it and were not concerned about the complaint. We were asked to go to the manufacturer directly who does not respond to calls. It was a pathetic experience with one of the most reputed companies Was this information helpful? | |||
