Big Bazaar — Not Giving My Salary | |||
My name is Abdul Sabith. I was a partime worker at "Bigbazaar Kormangala, Banglore Branch." I submitted my resignation letter on 4th June 2014 and served 16 days after submitting resign letter. My HR Divya verbally accepted my resignation, but didn't give any written acknowledgement of it and promised that she will give my salary upto 20th june 2014. On 20th june I resigned from bigbazar.Now it is 40 days over but they didn’t give my salary yet.Today I went to Bigbazaar to meet HR.When I asking my slary HR misbehaved with me and said that they will not pay my last month salary.Also i'm doing verbal and written communication with this companies staff providing agent “Trident Staff Solution” but Bigbazaar HR refuse to give any amount. now i want to take legal action on this matter, please suggest best way Was this information helpful? | |||
