Big Bazaar — Pathetic behaviour and wrong billing | |||
On 05/03/2014 at Big Bazaar, Orbit City Mall during payment, the regilar cashier went away and a lady who seems to be a class-IV staff started billing my items. She threw away one item and without even bothering to say to me .When I enquired she simply refused and reacted angrily. After billing I realised that Kellogs Cornflakes having printed discounted price of Rs.130/- has been charged as Rs.141/- in my bill. My Cashmemo No. is 0018009 dated 05/03/2014. I would request you to kindly clarify that whether Big Bazaar charges more than the printed price and whether the employees have a minimum decency towards customer service. We always prefer Big Bazaar than other big retailers and now we have to think twice before making any purchasing decision. Was this information helpful? | |||
