[Resolved] Big Bazaar — Poor customer care | |||
I visited big bazaar saligramam branch on 1st of May and brought several products. I paid the bill for all the products but forgot to take 2 jeans pant worth 839rs from the counter. The security at the exit never cross checked the products and bill. He just punched the bills during the exit. I realized that I forgot 2 jeans pant in the big bazaar counter itself and went back to the customer care department and informed that I forgot my things. They said since the bills are punched by the security during the exit, they cannot help me. I requested them to check the camera which is available in all the counters so that they can see that I missed on packing the 2 jeans pants. I was requesting to give my things back which I forgot in the billing counter. I have the date, time and the bill by which they can easily check the camera and verify if whatever I am saying is true or not. But people in bib bazaar customer care said they cannot help and they are also not ready to check the camera. Was this information helpful? | |||
