Big Bazaar — poor customer care service | |||
My order id is[protected] and the order was delivered in sirsa (Haryana). No big bazaar store was there so, i wanted to return this product in grand vance mall store, greater noida as i am resident of this city. I tried to place the return request by changing the pincode but its showing the message that return is only possible in haryana. I contacted customer care team on 18th june'18 & they asked me to pay 49rs for reverse pickup and said that reverse pickup would me done from my current residence address but till date, reverse pickup has not been done. Now, they have blocked all my contact nbers so that i can not contact them. Such a pythatic customer care service and making fools to the people. Was this information helpful? | |||
