[Resolved] Big Bazaar — Rude and disrespectful behavior of staff | |||
Dear Sir/ Ma'm, I am writing to bring notice of something odd happening in one of the departmental store. I went to Big Bazar 20th, July 2014 and did face very irresponsible and rude behavior of the cashier & security staff at JP Nagar 2nd Phase. First thing, they did not remove Plastic tag, which suppose to detached while billing. When I came to exist, the security person was literally fighting with me. She snatched my bag forcefully and checked each and every item. She did not even bother to ask me politely. I did drop a feedback form with Manager. Either, they are not educated enough and do not know to respect. My suggestion is to have them lessoned and made them customer centric. Piyush +91-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
