[Resolved] Big Bazaar — staff misbehavior - big bazaar, infiniti mall, malad west | |||
Hi, My name is deepti. I went to shop from big bazar store at malad west infinity mall on monday 2 sep 2019. I would like to report a staff misbehavior towards me at counter 1 near exit around 5:30pm. After i helped her bill my items, i moved forward to help with packing. In the meantime the cashier added another item that was lying on the table. Ones noticing the same i alerted immediately saying that the item was not picked by me. To that your staff started yelling at the top of her voice at me irrationally. Her behavior was very disrespectful and intimidating. Such aggression is surprising by staff that too with customers. My total bill was charged upto 2687.10 inr. I did get the refund of 675 inr, but such behavior is very demeaning and shows lack of tolerance. I hope you would take actions for such misconduct.
