[Resolved] Big Bazaar — staff on one of the cash counter | |||
I had almost 6-7 items some big ones like a 5kg aata packet etc. I had to pay using futurepay which i was told by my mom that she had a kind of 1000rs in the future pay and i can buy some stuff on the start of month. Though i am a sufficiently good amount of tech and internet user i don't knew the process of futurepay because i never needed it to know. Whenever i bought anything using that i was told by my mom that she will sent me the otp because her no. Was registered. Same happens on this day (1dec2019). I went to the billingcounter and as that person was scanning the codes on the products after that he asked the registered no.in futurepay.. On the one hand i had my mum ready to tell the otp because i had warned her to tell me immediately and on the other hand there was the person looking irritatedely to me i don't know why.. Two times the otp failed due to somr chaos of his annoyance shown on me and my mums cracking voice.. I was also irritated at this momemt. This guy on the billing counter started explaining in a sarcastic way to me like bring ur phone next time and u should login u have two android phones.. He was saying that there are more customers in the queue.. But what if the delay happens from the billing counter sides? I was talking very calmly but he started yelling.. I relied on the otp because that only i knew about this futurepay thing. And he said he was worried about customers but when the next person put down his products on the counter he was still arguing with me. I was like hardly 7-8 mins there and he got so annoyed. But these kind of people will ruin the business due to their not so friendly behavior. I need an action against these kind of people. Was this information helpful? | |||

On 30th November 2019 i went to big bazaar ambience mall gurugram and bought a pair of sandal i have a bill but they didn't remove the security tag. Kindly help for this little thing i have to go all the way back to big bazaar
