Big C Mobiles — moto e4 plus purchased in big c, parvathipuram, vzm dt. has suddenly switched off.

I have purchased moto e4 plus mobile on 08/02/2018 in Big C, parvatipuram, vizianagaram dt. It has suddenly switched off on 17th November 2018. To day I have visited the shop to complain but the personnel have not responded well and they told me to go to service center in vizianagaram. Please solve the problem.
