Sir/madam,
I bought mobile along with insurance from big c showroom narasaraopet, recently my mobile damaged so that i claimed insurance but they are not responding in proper way. I claimed insurance before 2 months, but till date no response from the insurance company and mobile showroom. At the time of purchase they forced me to take insurance for the mobile, but now they are neglecting my complaints. Hope they will take this as a intimation
