Big Chemist — Product not delivered and all contact numbers are out of service

I ordered medicines 4 days ago and it still shows order under process. Also i tried contacting their customer service but all the no. S available anywhere are all out of service. And since i live in a different city its impossible for me to go to their pharmacy and ask for a refund / my medicines.
Big chemist was the only site that showed the medicines were in stock but now i'm thinking that was a scam
