Bigbazaar — Big Bazaar has defrauded me of 10,000 by making Profit club card/ Big Bazaar Profit club card Fraud

I have opted a Big Bazaar Profit Club card in which almost Rs. 10, 000 amount is left but without customer letting this know, big bazaar is closed now.

I am unable to contact customer care as mail domain has expired. I have sent many mail but they not getting delivered. Also their phone number is not working. It's completely fraud. Pls help me to get my money back.
