[Resolved] Bigbazaar — delay delivery and bad manners | |||
I have purchased some items costs around 2.3k and given for the home delivery. They told that it will be delivered within 9.30 pm. Now it's been 10.30. I have not received any call or sms. How long i should wait for the delivery. And also i got a 24/7 support number from google [protected]. When calls it says that the support will be from 9 am to 10pm. Then y it is given as 24/7. And also i called on [protected] and somebody has picked the call and told they are not supporting currently. I told them that i didn't receive the items then he disconnected the call. What kind of support you are providing. We are paying money. You are not giving the items for free. I am waiting for the things to cook my dinner. When i should expect the delivery. Why there is no communication if it will get delayed. Neither a call nor text. This is pathetic and humiliating. I lost my confidence on bigbazar. I should stop purchasing.
