Bijus — Cancellation of Bijus subscription

Respected Madam /Sir,

I, Ravi kumar srivastava father of Byom srivastava, who is an active subscriber of your Class 4 to 12 Byjus Self learning companion I would like to discontinue from all of its services by this month with immediate effect.

Currently my financial situation is not suitable for further continuation of the course. Multiple times I called but as didn't receive a proper reply as it turns out to be complete wastage of time . I would no longer require the services provided by byjus I am hereby requesting for the refund of the amount which we have already paid to avail the services. Kindly guide us about the procedure to return the kit that was received.

Note : please consider the mail on high priority as I am in lot of dept and can't able to proceed with the course. Kindly help me regarding this.
