Hello,

This Bikayi company is a totally scam.

I am running my small clothing business in a small town Shirdi.

One day I installed there App from google play store which is Bikayi.

After installing I received a call from one of there executive saying they will help me to take my business online. Everything will be set by them such as,

- E-commerce Website
- Digital Marketing
- Whatsapp Business
- Online Store
- and many more

I got this interesting solution to grow my business. Anyone could think like this.

They said I need to take a subscription for this facilities and it is cost
Rs. 10, 000/- which I need to pay upfront.

I took my time and think on it does it really reliable?

But you know everyone thinks in this competition we have to be step ahead then others and I decided to take there subscription.

I paid Rs. 10000/- Upfront via Paytm. (Screenshot is attached below)

After taking subscription they said It will take 8-10 days to set my business online.

But I didn't sign on any of the paper/Agreement till the time.

I didn't even done with the KYC.

Suddenly on 2nd day I got a call that my elder brother got accident and his leg was seriously damaged.

That time I went to my brother's city and overlook the condition. Doctors said It's a deep injury and need to make a surgery which was costing around Rs. 80000/-

I was having half of it and remaining I need to manage.

I called to Bikayi executive and I asked them to return my money as I pre-informed them this situation earlier.

They start saying me their policy that they do not refund any money.
But I said till the date I haven't sign on any agreement nor I done with the KYC yet, I am not even registered my business so how they are not liable to return my money.

So one of there executive said Sir "whatever is your request please mail us". I did that mail (Screenshot is attached below).

Since the day I mailed them no one is telling me the actual status of my money. They have started Ignoring my calls.

It's been more than 20 days. I'm facing this problem but no one helped me from bikayi yet.
