Bildesk — Amount is debited not received by dost id

Dear sir/madam,
I paid the fee of the DEGREE ONLINE SERVICES, TELANGANA (DOST) application through net banking (400). Amount debited and the transaction completed from net banking but, DOST doesn't receive any transaction it shows failed transaction try again. I'm giving the details of the transaction ID
