Billdesk — aipgmee entance (failed transection)

I applied for all India entrance exam and paid 3750 through this website using my debit card.Amount was taken but the application comes still pending due to not pay .I have the proof for amt withdrawn from my accont.Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible...
