[Resolved]  Billdesk — Amount debited but failed payment. Money not refunded

I was making an online bill payment for BSES Delhi and went through BillDesk to make the same payment using my credit card information. There was a failed transaction but for my surprise amount was debited from my credit card twice. I got the error as "PME10007-Invalid acquirer response". I contacted BSES Delhi Customer Care regarding the same and i was asked to contact the payment gateway - BILLDESK. They also provided with a phone number to call them. I have been calling them like nuts since then but there's no one to answer the call. Further i emailed them with transaction receipts at [protected]@billdesk.com describing the issue and requesting them for amount reversal. So far i haven't received any response through call or email from billdesk. We all make several online payments using billdesk gateway but i couldn't believe their customer service is so poor and they don't even bother to pick calls. How could a payment gateway company could be so much irresponsible by not taking care of their customers issues and complaints. I am sure there will be many o[censored]s who will have same sort of complaints with billdesk.

Today I was trying to make payment and the same error shown twice. First I was paying to Reliance bill through online after entering all my credit card details i got" PME10007-Invalid acquirer response" error and second time I was trying to pay my Tata Photon plus bill and again the same error comes I am attaching the images for your reference. Please look into this. The amount has been deducted from my credit card and still i have not received any refund for above two transactions.

I spoke to BillDesk Customer Care in my city and told them about this error. They assured me that the amount charged from the card will be credited into same payment. Therefore i shouldn't be worried.

I waited 3 days and later checked with BSES Bill Payment Service and amount was deposited.

You can also speak to BillDesk Customer Care and after 3 days you can check with Reliance if the payments was updated.
