Billdesk — Amount debited but tickets not booked | |||||
Dear sir, On 30.10.2016, i made online payment for bus ticket booking of rd.1635 through my city union bank rupay debit card. My transaction was failed with error "reasons: sorry! We are unable to process your transaction. Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". But the payment is done and the amount was debited from my account. So what should i do now?
