On date 24/09/2016, paid the bsnl bill amount rs 41/- through net banking, amount deducted from my a/c but not paid to bsnl yet nor credited. Txn. Ref. No.-bsnl/gpnb/[protected]/[protected]. As per bsnl record txn. Id - fcdr[protected] date 24/09/2016 time 09:55:16. Contacted to bank customer care, who told, as amount will back from billdesk, it will be credited.
