Dear Sir, I made the payment on 23/12/2015 from my SBI saving account to APSPDCL for the payment of power bill through Bill Desk. The bill amount is Rs. 1692/-. The transaction was not successful, but the amount was deducted from my account. The reference number for this transaction is: REF NO: ESB[protected] G0BEOJIT4. Please do the needful to rivert back the amount to my SBI savings account.
