[Resolved]  Billdesk — fees REFUND

On 13.12.2014 i made online fee payment for nielit ccc exam fees registration of Rs.360/- through my bob Debit card. My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry!We are unable to process your transaction.Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". But the payment is done successfully and the amount is debited from my account.So what should I do now? .please reply me at my e-mail mentioned below. mere accout se balance toh cut gya sir but meri fees sbmit nhi hui pls sir refund my fees payment accout holder name amrita rani accout no.[protected] my ccc demand no.338184

sir maine nielit ccc exam ki fees apne debit card bank of baroda se sabmit kri thi mere account se balance toh cut gya but sir mere fees submit nhi hui usme errer aa gya tha aur [protected]@billdesk.com par sampark kre aisa likha tha sir maire 360 rupees ya toh fees submit kr do ya refund kr do maine kal date 13.12.2014 ko ki thi mere

On 25.02.2015 i made online fee payment for nielit ccc exam fees registration of Rs.365/- through my Account via SBI Internet Banking My transaction was failed and amount from my sbi account has been debited my transaction id is IG00QPCQE2 against application number GOCCC1376086 but my payment is not done so please kindly refund my fee amount in the preferred sbi account from which it has been deducted
