[Resolved]  Billdesk — Money debited from bank but bill not paid

Dear sir, I paid my wimax (account-LB[protected] bill through SBI debit card on 12/nov/2014.The receipt not generated but money Rs 505/- debited from bank account with transaction number(POS PRCH POS[protected] Billdesk.com_BillPay SBIPG). Later the same bill paid through another bank on 21/Nov/2014 but the previous money doesnot credit yet. Kindly inform the status on [protected]@gmail.com, [protected] please do the needful
