Online payment of status show payment failed but my bank account debited as bellow Payment Status : FAILED(PBE10002-Do Not Honor). IBPS Transaction ID : sbiasposep14LV[protected]v3 Payment Date : 18/09/2014 09:29:02 Application Fee (Rs.Ps) : 500.00 Payment Gateway Transaction ID : MSMP[protected] and Payment Status : FAILED(PME10013-3D Secure Authentication failure). IBPS Transaction ID : sbiasposep14LV[protected]v4 Payment Date : 18/09/2014 10:26:52 Application Fee (Rs.Ps) : 500.00 Payment Gateway Transaction ID : MSMP[protected] Two time my account debited but payment status show fail till to date (24.09.2014) my bank Account not credited by Rs.1000/- and customer care (pane) not give proper answer my questions . So what I can do?
