[Resolved]  Billdesk — Payment debited from my account but electricity bill shows still pending

I have submitted the electricity bill on 7 september 2016, on account of them and thereby the ammount is debited but bill is still pending, then again I deposite bill by bill desk on mpcz website and again debited the ammount from my account but bill is still pending on mpcz website. the transaction details is follows as:
INB/[protected]/MPELECTRICITY(BILLDESK) and the other one is
INB/[protected]/MPELECTRICITY(BILLDESK)

So Please refund my amount of 118 & 118.
