[Resolved]  Billdesk — payment to kerala police automated payment system failed

Updated by veliyam I have paid the kerala police automated payment system fine of Rs 400/- through net banking - State Bank of Travancore. The amount was debited from my
account with SBT but not transferred to
the kerala police e-payment. Contacted the hi tech traffic enforcement
station of kerala police. They have advised to pay the amount again and the
previous debited amount will be refunded. As per that I have made an attempt to
pay again to fail. This time too the amount was debited from my account.

Please refund both amount and for your further advise,
