Pbe10002-invalid transaction on card

I tried to pay on kfc's website using my debit card and i keep getting this message every time i pay.
I was trying to buy food online for delivery to care hospital in banjara hills in hyderabad, payment is approved from my bank i got a pin in sms to confirm the transaction which i did.
Any info will be helpful thanks.

Same problem when trying to apply for a PAN card on the nsdl website.

I am also getting the same error when trying to apply for PAN card on NSDL website. It was working few months back but now it is no longer working.

I paid for electricity bill through my debit card. It worked and payment made. Then I went for payment of my mobile phone to BSNL and I got this message. I tried two times. What is the reason?

I paid electricity bill through my debit card. It was paid successfully. Then I tried to pay my mobile bill to BSNL immediately after through the same debit card but got this message. Two times. Could not pay. What is the reason.
