Billdesk — pgecet error proces

Sir, I have done a transaction for payment in PGECET examination for Rs.504 through my andhra bank debit ATM card on[protected] but an error message was displayed showing "Sorry we are unable to process your transaction please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com"

Updated by veena tapaswi do my money getting refund or my application is on process because i dint received any transaction id or refernece id
