sir, with most humbly i want to say you that i was making payment for the electricity bill ( india power ) on 02/12/2014 from my sbi debit card. It was showing failure transaction but my balance was debited worth Rs. 741. i am giving you the full detail. The mount that was deducted from my saving account worth Rs 741 on POS[protected] at Billdesk.com_BILLPay txn#[protected]. Please look into the matterand refund money on my sbi account. Ihave uploaded my bank transaction history. thankyou.
