Billdeskbpcl — Payment issue

I have made a payment of rupees 998 on 22 October 2021 for buying the Usha Bharat Gas to billdeskbpcl by gpay but its shows failed on Bharat Gas account and they didn't receive my money I already complain on Usha gas Centre about that but I want response from you what can I do now I had made payment for gas I have to pay again for this
