Billdesk.com — Money debited from SBI account while booking Air India Air ticket but ticket not booked

While booking air ticket from Air India on line (from Air India Web site), on 27.08.2015, I have received SMS "Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card XXXX for a purchase worth Rs 15241 on POS 00005078 at Billdesk.com_BillPaty IN txn#[protected]" but the ticket has not been booked.
