Same issue I recharged my jio number [protected] on 05.04.17 using my Jio app but till today no recharge is done. With reference to complaint made to Paytm, they confirmed through email that payment is successful and it's transferred to Jio. This is the fourth day and Jio neither done the recharge nor did anything to refund
I had paid amount Rs 309 through jio apps using paytm option, payment has already debited from bank and this amount is being under billdeskutil. But not yet any confirmation received from jio, so I do not understand whether this amoint will be addad to jio by later or not, if not then how I can recovery this amount from billdeskutil..please help
