It does not privde me the contact or tracking number of the local
Courier/ mail. I don’t understand how do we track the consignment.
After some dozens of follow-up email, they have reped that the product is held-up at local post office, without providing any tracking number. I had been to the post office, where they have cheeked entire report for last one month and have confirmed that any such product has not been delivered to them.
In my personal opinion this is 100% fraud company. Have also filed a official complain with director general of foreign trade in mumbai and consumer redressed forum
