Bipin Kamdar — Major water leakage, harassment

Respected Sir,
I would like to report to you the trauma and harassment I am facing as a result of water leakage from flat no 5422, 5423 since the last 8 years. There is severe leakage in my kitchen above the gas. Dirty water from Mr. Kamdar’s kitchen seeps thus damaging my kitchen ceiling. I’ve had to cook food under extremely inhuman conditions. I have had to replaster and repaint my kitchen 3 times in the last 4 years. A cabinet became weak and fell on the fridge and washing machine thus damaging both. I lost expensive crockery in the bargain.

I had to replaster my entire house ceiling including beams which had got damaged due to continuous leakage from Kamdar’s bathroom. Recently my false ceiling collapsed with the leakage and my entire walls have become wet & moist with paint peeling off. In a similar way. I’ve had to repaint my living room 3 times in the last 4 years.

Mr & Mrs Kamdar regularly feed crows & pigeons on my window slab. Inspite of repeated requests, they continue to do so thus spreading dirt & filth. We fear that me and my wife may be affected by the bird droppings.

Mrs Kamdar has twice resorted to discrimination on grounds of caste by saying ‘‘ You are Christians. You eat non- vegetarian food. You are spoiling the building. You don’t deserve to stay here.’’
I am attaching photographs for your perusal. Kindly look into the same and do a site inspection. I also request you to direct him to compensate me for the expenses incurred by me, time and again
