Hello, Bringing to your notice that I have got a cold call on 11 FEB 2017 time 2:10 pm form Mr. Samir [protected] who seems to be a agent for Birla Sun Life. First thing I entertained him as he projected Birla Sun life on call and there after he went on asking irrelevant questions, His tone was exactly opposite the way a polite customer executive should speak.
