Birla Sun Life — Insurance policy closure

I hold a policy holder with Birla Sunlife bearing policy number is 4720406. They cancelled the policy for non payment of renewal premium. But have not returned the money that I had already paid which is more than a lakh. Many messages and letters to grievance cell have been sent but their constant reply is that they are investigating the case and that they need more time for investigation. This process of investigation is going on for more than six months now. I request your goodself to look into the matter and resolve the same for me.
