Hello,
I would like to inform you that the staffs who are sitting for Medicine distribution and issuing patient card, they behave very rudely language and sometime use abusing languages.

I have visited 11/10/18 on time 12:36 for exray but not done. Say me come tomorrow
Today I revisit 13/10/18 on time 8:43 but doctor are not available till time 10:10 and not get any confirmation.

Security staff in Delivery area was very rude with me. She said stand up but i met with an accident and i have injury in my right leg then she said fatafat bhar niklo. Then i said just wait i am getting up can’t you see i am injured. The doctor with her said no medicine for my wife and no treatment will be given to her. Very fed up with BK hospital will never come to this ### place again. Doob maro salo kahi chullu bhar pani mil jaye to.
