Blackberrys Clothing — Customer Grievance - Poor Experience

Dear Sir, This is to bring in your notice that I am regular customer at Blackberrys from past so many years, but it seems like the company and brand have done little to value their customers. I had purchased a couple of trousers on 3rd January, 2015 from the Blackberry store at Andheri (West) on 40% SALE and at the time of purchase I was told I could exchange them for a bigger size in case they don’t fit in. I went there today 18th January, 2015 to have them exchanged for a bigger size and was told by your in store manager – Sunil Tiwari that you can have them exchanged for the same pants but not of a different type/size. I don’t think this is stated in any of your policies. I even had a word with your Area Manager – Rashid Sheikh and received the same response that these trousers cannot be exchanged. The tags are not even off on those trousers; they are as intact as they were when purchased. I even asked the in store manager on alteration and he stated that they are ‘pretty much packed for a couple of days’ and cannot take alteration orders till Tuesday. Is this the way you treat all your customers? I had such great regards for the brand and it is extremely disappointing for me to write this mail and my experience with this brand has changed many folds today. I will be filing a grievance in Consumer Court and will provide a reference in details and my experience with Blackberrys. Regards, Kartik Store Name – Blackberrys Store.
