I bought a Blaupunkt LED HD 4K TV in Dec 2018 and now all of a sudden it stopped displaying screen and powering up. I tried reaching consumer care but the type of reply I received shows that there is not even a small effort to help consumers and above that they seem least bothered about it (refer to customer care reply attached as screenshot) and didn't even give efforts to have this checked for fault.
This is not expected from a global brand like Blaupunkt and would like this to be addressed on priority as chasing consumer care again and again gave the same results. You cannot force consumers to go for an upgrade by giving an excuse that you do not have the spare parts and in fact when you are not even concerned of resolving the current issue. This is one of the pathetic experiences of the after sales service and not acceptable. Was this information helpful? |
