I had purchased Blaupunkt truly wireless earbuds (BTW 25) on 15.05.2022. The order number is BP33347WO. The earbuds have stopped functioning within two months from the date of purchase. I have tried to lodge a complaint on the customer care number, but they refused to write it, advising me to send an e-mail. I have sent two emails in the last 10 days but there is no response. Blaupunkt chat bot on WhatsApp does not give you an option to lodge a complaint and keeps providing a menu list, which does not have an option to write a complaint. The company claims to have high standards of products and workmanship, but I have not been able to get any solution in more than 10 days. Please help. Was this information helpful? |
