Blazingdart — Purchased Wallet - Wrong Product

Good afternoon...

I had purchased a wallet of Rs- 899 via Face book throught blazing dart and on 21st June 2022 I received this product and paid Rs 899 to the courier guy and opened this packet and i was shocked that they have sent the different product and quality is not leather.

On the invoice it has mentioned that it is sold by "Balaji E Enterprises" Meerut, Near Arora Bakers - 250001 Uttar Pradesh, and there (GST # is - 09ARUPK7668K1ZN and their PAN # - ARUPK7668K.)

This product was advertised on Facebook starting that pure leather product and the cost is Rs-899 and I selected the Wallet which I liked on cash on Delivery ans paid via phone pay

Request you to please look into this fraud activates and chatting the customer like me.
