Blinkit — Order placed on 22.03.2023 and amount debited Rs. 2146/- but order not placed and amount not refunded till yet

I have placed an order for Rs.2146/- on dated 22/03/2023 but order was not placed and amount debited from my account…. And I am following up with blinkit since 22/03/2023 but amount still not credited in my card and they was saying everytime the amount will credited in 5-7 days it’s been a month and amount still not credited in my card…..
