My father was admitted in this hospital and it was the worst experience after being admitted .. No one listens to any of the request.
The nursing staff does not understand and speak Hindi. The nursing staff said that please speak in English because they don't know the Hindi. Please tell me one thing if the patient and attendant does not speak and understand English then what will happen with the patient.
If services can’t be provided by such a renowned hospital then we should stop serving. I know with this comment I will get a callback which will state sorry for the inconvenience but I am writing this to avoid this happening in future.. This is a big NO to BLK MAX.. Was this information helpful? |
