This is the first time I have come across a online website that DID NOT DELIVER the package after receiving full payment of Rs.1449/- from me.
The package was supposed to have been delivered yesterday, 26.07.23 for my daughter's birthday. The Order number was BV23174919 and I received confirmation of the order from Bloomsvilla on two days before the due date on 24.07.23.
There has been absolutely no communication from them - No calls, no email, and no response from their chat boxes. Their call center doesn't answer calls.
Such a company should be blacklisted and not permitted to cheat customers,
