Bludart — Parcel handed over to someone else

My parcel was handed over to someone else on 11Oct'21 at 4:09pm without even calling me. I haven't received it yet and the status says delievered. This is highly unprofessional of Bludart. You should teach your employees the protocols well. Look into this matter ASAP or else I'll have to resolve to other methods. Tracking number: [protected]
