I bought A/C. It has been more than twenty five days since the purchase. Until now they have been dragging me without installing it and causing me mental distress....

Blue Star India — Escalation - Fresh Installation and Remote not Working - B24022202397

This is regarding a New A/C I purchased on 21st Feb 2023 and today It was installed based on the request raised for the same. Post installation A/C Remote is not working, It was communicated to me by the installation team that it will take 3-4 days to look at the issue and till that time request will remain in open state. I have paid the service charges to the installation team.

I called customer care as waiting period of 3-4...
