On 14th april 2017 we booked the bus from goibibo from delhi to mussorie the bus was suppose to leave from delhi at 9:00 PM so they informed us earlier that 45 mins before we have to be there so we went according to time but the bus left at around 11:30 PM from R K Ashram metro den they deboarded us to anandvihar to another bus which was already packed with people there was no seats so we asked the driver my seat is 7, 8 but some else is sitting there so where shall we sit he said sit anywhere you like and only the last seats was empty i mean i did prebooking so that i can choose my own seat then why would i sit at the back anyhow after several hours of arguement with us and others then the driver asked to show him the booking so after that we got our seats so from anandvihar the bus left at 1:00 AM then he was driving literally rash cuz he was already late from the schedule there were kids on the bus neways then after a certain point the driver switched off the ac so when we asked why did you switch it off he said abhi ac nahin chalega khidki khol do then we told him dat we paid for the ac bus not to open khidki and sit but still he wont switch on the ac so there was a lady and she had a kid of 4 yrs she went to the cabin and she said switch on the ac or else stop the bus we ll go to cop station that is what you all do take money for ac and after some point you switch off neways the driver said there was problem in the bus so we opened our windows and sat then he was stopping eveywhere to pick up passengers like local bus then when we reached mussorie he did not drop us in the bus stand he dropped us near a petrol pump stating this is the stop so we all got down then we asked the locals out there they said the bus stand is far above this is not the bus stand. Plus the behaviour of the driver is very rude as if he owns us. All am saying is there are so many complaints against this company if you check plus when we called the company the company doesnt want to agree only as if we are lying. As a responsible citizen i request you all to please look into this matter and sort it. I am posting the link also from where you can find out the complaints of the customers..
