I have purchased one gold with diamond ring and a gold chain
After 2 month of my gold chain purchased I found the interlocking of chain got broken from one knot, when I contacted Bluestone Customer care it was asked to pay shipping charges along with damage charge etc which is annoying and I kept quiet because of so uneasy process

2nd instance
I bought one gold- diamond ring about 10 months back and now the experience is so shocking, I realised that each diamond are becoming loose from the knot of gold it holds and surprisingly I lost one diamond pearl from my ring —it’s my engagement ring and I don’t know how to react on this.

I am attaching the details of jewellery bought for the reference of solving my escalation
Why the making of your jewellery are so worse than the market shops and even the after sales service to make it repaired is almost 1 month time despite of paying shipping charges, damage charge etc

Earlier I thought I will buy my all wedding jewellery from Bluestone but now due to after sales service and so uneasy process and horrible experience of mine I should not even recommend anyone to do so

I need proper service for both the jewellery like how if it can bought from the store near me and hope further no disappointment will be there to further escalate to consumer forum
