As the above subject mentioned, On 16/5/2024 I called one of your employee of BMJH for the appointment of executive health checkup.They sent us a catalogue in which the "rate was 3800" on our WhatsApp number.
When we reached the hospital on 17/5/2024 they "charged us 7000" by showing another catalogue in which charges were not menti
oned.
After that we went to checkup at that time we noticed that the catalogue shown by the hospital and which we have received in WhatsApp are same but charges were different.
After that we talked to one of your employee name sujatha and manager they are not ready to respond us properly they were giving silly excuses.
They charged us "3200 extra" so please refund our valuable amount.
Kindly respond us and solve our problem
