I was travelling in bmtc bus this early morning at around 7:30 am. Volvo bus conductors will not refund the balance amount. They will simply write at the back of the ticket the amount that they need to refund. Sometimes passengers will forget to collect that amount back in haste.
Why can't the bus conductors keep enough change with themselves when they know they need to travel daily as part of their daily routine. Even if they have change they will not return thinking some people might forget to take the change back. It might be intentional or unintentional but this is not the correct way to deal with the customers.
There should be a way out so that passengers should be given some balance token that can be utilized the other day. This has become a serious concern for so many people. Hope some strict action should be taken against this. Was this information helpful? |
